In the Summer of '07, I completed 42 hours of advanced training in Integrative Restoration - iRest Level 1 Yoga Nidra Training.

Yoga Nidra, an ancient technique, teaches one to relax deeply.  While in a state of deep relaxation the body naturally moves toward healing and balance as the nervous system is soothed and vital energy is restored.

Through guided instruction, Yoga Nidra enables one to eliminate stress by relaxing body, mind and emotions.  It neutralizes anxiety, fear, anger, depression and insomnia.  Ultimately it teaches one to enter a deep and profound relaxation.

I am available for group as well as private instruction.
