Kali Ray Triyoga:

Created and developed by Kali Ray Triyoga is a unique system among the traditional methods of yoga.  It is based on a wave-like motion of the spine in which one posture flows into the next.  These movements are a union of body, breath and mind, i.e. asana, pranayama and mudra.  This union, a formula for creativity and well being, creates the energy we need to manage the stresses we face in our daily lives.  Through coordination of breath with the body's movement, TriYoga creates a meditation in motion bringing about heightened awareness and inner peace.

The art/science of Yogaflow can be summed up into the following 3 components: relaxation-in-motion, economy of movement and wave-like motions of the spine.

This style of yoga can be as gentle or as challenging as desired because the flow sequences are systematized by levels.  The TriYoga method allows you, the student to set the pace according to your development and achievement of strength, flexibility and endurance.  TriYoga students can move confidently from basic to advanced class levels.
